NZ COSMETAL WARRANTY
Merquip Ltd fully stands behind your Cosmetal drinking water appliance, and provides a full 24-month parts and labour warranty, except when the failure is due to accident, misuse, neglect or damage, water conditions, failure to comply with instructions in the Installation Guide or User Guide booklets, or faulty installation by a person not accredited by Merquip Ltd.
The owner may be responsible for costs of removal, freight, and reinstallation if the appliance has to be returned to Merquip Ltd or an Accredited Service Agent, and for travelling charges for tradespersons or Accredited Service Agents.
This Warranty excludes damage resulting from any non-operation of the appliance or any consequential damages to any other property or chattels.
Any liability of Merquip Ltd will be limited to replacement or repair of the appliance or payment of the cost of such replacement or repair at the absolute discretion of Merquip Ltd.
This Warranty covers installation within New Zealand, is applicable to the original registered purchaser only, and overrides any previously implied conditions. Nothing in this Warranty sets aside any of Merquip Ltd’s obligations under the Sale of Goods Act.
CERTIFICATIONS
Cosmetal water coolers are manufactured with the aid of expert workmanship and top-grade raw materials, and have obtained the major European and international certifications. All products of the range are built with materials suitable for use with foodstuffs, they comply with electrical and water safety regulations and conform to the most stringent reference standards.
